Important Note: All prices are in Yen and are per person, per night and the minimum charge is the 2 person rate.
Payment - All prices are in JPY, deposits can be paid in the bank account of Wadano Gateway and for any guests not residing in Japan we also offer payments to be made via Paypal or Transferwise.
Discounts:
No minimum night stay, however, stays for 1 or 2 nights incur 1,000 JPY per person per night surcharge for a Suite and 2,000 yen per person per night for a 2 bedroom apartment.
Deposit - 40% Deposit is required within 7 days of booking confirmation.
Final payment - due 30 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy - In the event that you need to cancel your booking and we have more than 30 days notice we will happily provide you a credit for your next stay and this credit doesn't expire. Deposits are lost for cancellations made within 30 days of check-in date.
